Cloud-Consulting.nl now offers free support via Chat for registered users. If you are logged in and the live support is online you will see a little badge at the bottom left of your screen with an available message.

To start the chat with live support you simply click the Live Support text and a chat window will be opened. As soon as someone accepts the chat you can communicate.

If live support is offline you will see the same badge at the bottom left of your screen but now with an offline message.

Live support is powered by Joomla and Google Talk and is yet another great example of the possibilities of Google's collaboration features.
